Küzdök a címbéli kézi készülékkel.
Előjáték: A tulaj szerint bekapcsolás után egy idő múlva szabályozhatatlan a hangerő (nem változik a kezelőszervek állítása ellenére), majd megnémult, és azóta sem adott hangot.
Javítás 1: A végfok IC lábainak forrasztásai felrepedeztek. Az összes érintett lábat és a csatlakozókat is átforrasztottam, az egész panelt nagyítóval átnéztem. Visszaadás után a működés próba sikeres volt, 1,5 órás járatás után is működött.
Jelenleg: Másnap bekapcsolás után pár perc múlva megnémult, és azóta sem ad hangot. Látszólag minden kezelőszervre reagál, csak a hang hiányzik (lényegében az eredeti hibajelenség visszatért).
Javítás 2: Kipróbáláskor pár perc után egy-egy pillanatra elnémult, majd teljesen elhallgatott. Sem magnóról, sem rádióról nem szólaltatható meg. A hangerő állításra a kijelző reagál, de hang nincs. Ha kikapcsolom, de áram alatt marad, akkor továbbra sem ad hangot bekapcsolás után sem.
DE, ha órákig áramtalanítva van, akkor megint pár percre képes rendesen szólni.
Amit mértem: Első gyanú, a némítás funkciók ellenőrzése. De nem. A feszültségek a processzor és a némító tranzisztorokon is normálisak. A végfok IC sem kap némítást kiváltó jelet (stby, mute).
Mértem a hangfrekvenciás jelet. Az IC331 egy TDA7406T igencsak multi ic. Bemenetválasztás, hangerő szabályzás, EQ, spektrum analizálás, FM stereo decoder, stb.
Az MPX jel megérkezik a bemenetére, de amikor némulás van, akkor a kimenetein semmi nincs. Szerintem rendellenesen melegszik is. Nem tűzforró, de a feszültség szabályzó IC-n kívül ez a legmelegebb.
Van mégegy hibajelenség, ami zavar: Amikor elnémul, egy pár percig kijelző szinten is rendben működik, meg az MPX jel változásából is látom, hogy ok lenne, csak a TDA IC-ből nem jön jel.
DE egy idő múlva mér ez sem igaz. Ha hangolni próbálom (seek +/-) ,akkor nem talál adót. Nem áll meg a keresés. Pedig a tuner signal kimenetén látom, hogy elhalad a hangolás adók "felett", és az MPX jel is kitisztul 1-1 pillanatra, de nem áll meg a hangolás.
Ez a multi TDA IC szerintem belepofázik a hangolásba is, mert a tuner egy vegyes digitál (i2C)/analóg egység, és én már nem látom át a működését.

És a kérdés: Okozhat a TDA7406T önmagában ilyen hibajelenségeket? Mondjuk kicserélni nem tudnám, mert nem lehet kapni (HQ, Farnell, TME, ASWO, EBAY).

Sziasztok. Sikerult atveretnem magamat vasarolvan egy ilyen bluetooth-os auto hifi-t. Beuzemeleskor a kezelopanel 2 gombjara reagal csak. Megneztem a leveheto elolapot, latszik, hogy valaki mar kibontotta. Ehez a modelhez nem talaltam rajzot, csak a 3800-ashoz, de a gombok bekotese nem egyezik. Idokozben ratalatam egy masik hirdetesre, ott mar hibasnak hirdetik ezt a 3900-as modellt, es ugyanazzal a hibaval: 2 gombra reagal csak. Ez szeriabetegseg lenne? Ha talakozott mar valaki ezzel a hibaval, meg tudta javitani?

Sziasztok ! A tunnernél még megvan a hang de már a hangerő potin nincs jelen. Ha volna valakinek doksija azt megköszönném !Üdv!

Elöljáróban, hogy már egy ideje nem volt a kezemben, autórádió, vagy egyéb szórakoztató elektronika.
Most viszont megkertek, nézzék már rá a fent említett radiora. Szerencsére korrekt rajzot sikerült letöltenem innen. De mielőtt belevetnem magam, gondoltam megkérdezem van e valakinek tapasztalata vele.
Jelenseg: bekapcsolas után, csak a demó fut a kijelzőn, amit bármeddig tud. Ill míg ki nem kapcsolom. Tápok nagyjából megvannak, vezérlő jelek is zsinnyegnek az elolaprol. Elsőre processzorra gondolok, de gondoltam valaki találkozott már ezzel a jelenséggel.

A címben említett autórádió nem csinál semmit. A készüléket szétszedve az előlap felé semmi táp nem megy. Találtam egy diódát és egy icét amit nem tudok beazonosítani, az ícéről van kép, a diódára 4P volt írva. A pózició számok a következők IC1304, D1301, rajzot nem találtam erről a gépről. Mi lehet ez?
